Absolutely NOT! That’s the whole purpose, to help you get fit. If you have any physical limitations, are extremely overweight, or any have any significant medical conditions, you should obtain clearance from you physician before beginning an exercise program.

Please wear functional workout attire and bring a water bottle. I recommend shoes that have a relatively flat bottom, versus a large heel build up.

Class is as tough as you decide to make it! I encourage participants to push themselves to a 7 out of 10 in terms of perceived effort. This means you should be feeling some discomfort during the session, but not like you want to die! Remember that the only way the body makes adaptations is in response to stressors.

YES! You can come try and session I offer for free on your first visit. It’s important that you like your trainer and facility before making this important commitment.

I utilize and online reservation system and ask that you register in advance for all sessions. I also ask that you cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid having your session being charged if you are unable to attend.
