About My Personal Training
I offer 1-1 Personal Training and Semi-Private Training. My dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometrics, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. I can help you today with your health and fitness goals. I offer Personal Training at a private gym in Pasadena, Ca.
I enjoy helping people gain strength and flexibility in their physical bodies, as well as developing the habits and structuring their environments for long term success. My personal training style works to open clients to several modalities of training. I want my clients to try new things. I’d like to share my experience and introduce my clients to “functional fitness” and a holistic approach to wellness.

Free Intro Session
In this initial session I evaluate your current fitness level to recommend a program that leads to success. During the assessment, a one on one discussion occurs regarding your exercise history and your fitness goals. A brief medical history is reviewed, as well as any current exercise limitations that a client may have. We also discuss your current nutritional program.
